ESTONIA

 Flag ratio: 7:11

Estonia, lying on the same latitude as Sweden and St. Petersburg, shares it's ancestery with the Finnish. However, the largest impact on this small country has been that of Russia. It was off limits to Westerners almost 15 years ago, but today it welcomes tourism in droves. In May 1993, Estonia became the first ex-Soviet state to join the European Council. It is a quaint country with kind people.
