We have created this website in order to keep our family and friends abreast on what we are doing, where we are going, what life is like in Germany, blah blah blah. UPDATE: APRIL 13, 2008

My Dad came over for a one week visit and it was the first time in my life I had one-on-one time with my Dad. For one week! It was awesome. I got to learn alot more about my Dad and enjoy the travels of Europe. We visited the Alsace region of France (Kientzheim to be exact, to stock up on my favorite wine, Paul Blanck) and even had time to squeeze in a few days for The Netherlands (Holland). Tulips were just beginning to bloom and despite some freezing cold snow storms, the trip was a blast.

UPDATE: MAY 31, 2008

My sister Tracey just came over for a quick visit and we made the last minute decision to visit Marrakech, Morocco. All senses are heightened while visiting - the sights, the sounds, the smells. It was a great experience and between the people, food and architecture....I'm hooked. A lovely, intense city that I continue to process even after I've left.
